About us;

Aurora Calisthenic College is a fun, dynamic and competitive calisthenic club in the Tea Tree Gully area. We were first established in 1991 by our coaches Miss Marie & Miss Natalie.

We are all about fun, fitness and team spirit. Girls from 3 years old are welcome to come along and have a go, and your first lesson is free. All teams are coached by enthusiastic, dedicated, fully qualified coaches with state team coaching experience.   So come on and give it a go!

We are currently accepting enrollments in all sections for our 2009 season.

No experience is necessary, but enthusiasm and a love of music and movement is essential!

We currently have three Level 1 fully qualified, nationally accredited coaches, all with State Team experience as either coaches or team members, and one Cadet coach in the process of obtaining her Level 1 qualification.

We offer all aspects of team calisthenics, including marching, free exercises, clubs, rods, dancing (including jazz, funk & ballet) and singing, as well as extra classes in flexibility training, solos, duos and graceful solos.

We have teams in all age groups from Tinies to Seniors and are affilitated with the Calisthenic Association of South Australia (CASA). All teams (except for Tinies) compete twice a year in the CASA competitions, in addition to performing on stage in our own concert presentations held in June and November.

Tinies also participate in an annual demonstration with other Tinies teams from other clubs in South Australia as well as performing in our concerts.

Tinies (6 years and under) and Subjuniors (7-9 years old) have their lessons on Saturday mornings. Juniors (10-12 years) practice on Thursday evenings,  Inters (13-16 years old) have lessons on Tuesday evenings, and Seniors (16 years and over) train on Monday evenings.

Come along a have a go at one of our sessions - its free for your first lesson! Mention this website and get 20% off your first term's fees if you decide to join.

For more information about fees, lesson times etc, call Lorraine on 8266 3860, or email us. See our Contacts page for details.
